Aftercare

Our aftercare service is available at an additional cost, as stipulated on our fees letter. Learners are accommodated in safe classrooms and playgrounds, and the fees include lunch, supervision and limited homework support.

Modern classrooms

We created a safe, modern environment where learners can grow used to learning and working with modern equipment and facilities. As part of our commitment to giving your child the excellent Curro education, our classrooms are designed for good concentration and for learners to interact with the material they are learning. We have an IT lab and gross motor room in which a team of therapists helps learners master basic skills.

On-site therapists

Our team of therapists provides assistance to learners who need help in improving their gross and fine motor skills, visual perception and sensory motor skills. By improving their basic skills such as reading, writing, cutting, colouring, and more, they grow confident in other areas of learning. The therapy team consists of a remedial therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, and a learning support team.

Have a look

Curro Burgundy has a primary school in Burgundy Estate, Cape Town. We provide the excellent Curro education to learners from Grade R to Grade 3, with intermediate phase from 2024. We limit our class sizes to make sure learners get personal attention and offer hearing and vision screening up to Grade 2, with aftercare until late in the afternoon.
