Caring, compassionate staff, generous entertainment areas; true, lasting friendships; delicious, healthy meals … your child can enjoy this and more while living at our boarding school.

Welcome home

At Curro Hazeldean, we know that learners perform best when they feel safe, supported, and comfortable in their living spaces. We went to great lengths to give them a warm, caring home where they can enjoy their school years while being supported academically, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

The boarding parents who oversee all boarding staff, both reside in apartments adjacent to the boarding school itself. They regularly have coffee and conversations with individual boarders to ensure that they receive the care they need as individuals. On weekends, we follow a schedule that balances time for study and relaxation, with trips to the nearby mall.

What we offer

Our delicious meals are prepared by professional caterers and are serviced in a beautiful dining room. We have a fully equipped study hall with a recreational area where boarders can relax and make friends with their housemates. Other services include laundry and housekeeping, Wi-Fi, while the boarding school manager monitors boarders’ academic progress. We also maintain a management model based on respect and positive relationships.

The housing arrangements

Boys and girls are housed on separate floors, with rooms accommodating one to four boarders per room. Boarders may stay in or go home over weekends per prior arrangement. Boarders are, of course, allowed to keep their cellphones with them and you as parent are also welcome to visit at any time. Should your child become homesick, they may contact you for reassurance, although the close relationships that our boarding staff build with each boarder may help to avoid or minimise this.
