Schools announced for the Curro Podium Grand Finale 2026

The Curro Podium Grand Finale will bring together the country’s strongest school athletics teams next year on 13 and 14 February at Pilditch Stadium, Tshwane. The top 30 boys’, top 30 girls’ and combined teams have been confirmed after the qualification rounds, reflecting the depth of talent across provinces and the event’s continued growth.

 

 

Invitational teams confirmed

Eight invitational schools have also been selected for their consistent spirit and contribution to school athletics. Curro notes that each invited team adds value to the Grand Finale. The invitational schools are Upington High School, Curro Durbanville, Curro Hermanus, Nico Malan High School, Midstream College, Hoërskool Pietersburg, Hoërskool Die Anker, and Hoërskool Eldoraigne.

The boys’ category will feature the following schools:
