Curro Podium grand finale relays 2026: The qualifiers are in!

Congratulations to the following schools that qualified to participate in the relay category of the Curro Podium Grand Finale! These schools demonstrated impressive athletic ability, strength and perseverance. Their performance has been outstanding, and Curro eagerly anticipates the excitement and excellence that they will bring to the final competition.

 

 

Teams competing in the under-11 category

Girls

The girls’ under-11 category for the 4x100m relay will feature performances from Menlopark Primary School, Lynnwood Primary School, Meridian Cosmo City, Paarl Gimnasium, Taalfees Primary School, Curro Durbanville, Rooihuiskraal Primary School, and Langebaanweg Primary School.

In the Swedish relay, contenders include Curro Hazeldean, Lynnwood Primary School, Paarl Gimnasium, Rooihuiskraal Primary School, Menlopark Primary School, Meridian Pinehurst, Curro Midrand, and Taalfees Primary School.

Boys

The boys’ under-11 lineup for the 4x100m relay consists of Rooihuiskraal Primary School, Curro Mamelodi, Danie Malan Primary School, Lynnwood Primary School, Paarl Gimnasium, Curro Brackenfell, Curro Durbanville and Curro Midrand.

In the Swedish relay, the leading schools are Danie Malan Primary School, Lynnwood Primary School, Rooihuiskraal Primary School, Paarl Gimnasium, Meridian Pinehurst, Curro The Blyde, Taalfees Primary School and Curro Hazeldean.

Mixed

The mixed under-11 4x100m relay category will include competitive teams from Rooihuiskraal Primary School, Lynnwood Primary School, Meridian Pinehurst, Langebaanweg Primary School, Meridian Cosmo City, Paarl Gimnasium, Curro Durbanville and Curro Midrand. These schools secured their positions through strong teamwork and fast, coordinated baton exchanges.

The Swedish relay will feature Die Hoërskool Menlopark, Curro Hazeldean, Curro Sport Invitational and Curro Durbanville.

The mixed under-17 4x100m relay category brings together competitive relay squads from Die Hoërskool Menlopark A, Curro Hazeldean, Bryanston High School, Die Hoërskool Menlopark B, Stellenberg High School, Curro Durbanville, Meridian Cosmo City and Curro Midrand Sagewood.
