Who we are
A child’s high-school years are among the greatest times of their lives. At Curro Mahikeng High School, we go the extra mile in supporting this experience. We balance an elevated academic development with a variety of sports and cultural activities, equipping our learners with a well-rounded and solid foundation. Our staff model positive behaviour based on Christian values (ethics and morals) and we work closely with learners and parents to form a strong sense of community.

What we offer
Our approach
We don’t just teach – we inspire a lifelong love of learning. The way we teach the national curriculum is based on project-based learning and self-discovery. This involves hands-on, self-guided research and experiments that makes learning real beyond the textbook. Learners also have access to several subjects not offered at our school, through live, online lessons with teachers while remaining in class (i.e. the Curro Choice initiative).

Our facilities
From the first step through our gates, you’ll be amazed by our stunning campus. Our school’s facilities include netball courts and multi-purpose fields, as well as classrooms fitted with modern tools to discover the learning material first-hand. We also have an in-house educational psychologist for academic and pastoral support and to ensure your child always feels safe and understood.
