Tristan Edwards & Cameron Michael

Curro Serengeti - 2016

Top law degrees for Curro Alumni!

We are very proud to announce that Tristan Edwards and his classmate and former head boy, Cameron Michael, from Curro Serengeti’s Class of 2016 have both graduated with a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of Pretoria … with distinction!

As the school’s sportsman of the year between 2014 and 2016, Tristan is no stranger to hard work and determination. He previously completed a Bachelor of Arts in Law at the same university in 2019, where he became a member of the Golden Key Honour Society. ‘I am currently a candidate attorney completing my articles at Couzyn Hertzog & Horak in Brooklyn and aim to be an admitted attorney in the coming two years. The legal field offers job security and I really hope that I will be an asset to any law firm I work for,’ he says.

And Cameron? He has achieved a Bachelor of Commerce in Law where he also became a member of the Golden Key Honour Society and was on the Dean’s list of merit for the 2020 academic year, and he has just begun his articles as a candidate attorney at Hammond Pole. Despite his fantastic achievements, Cameron is concentrating on the immediate hurdles ahead.  ‘I am focused on working hard, so I can become a successful admitted attorney. I want to be able to work my way up the corporate ladder and make the most out of my successful education,’ he says.

These really are outstanding achievements! Well done, Tristan and Cameron.
