Curro Holdings is the parent company of all Curro Private Schools. Our role is to establish new private schools and to back each school with a solid management team experienced in the field of education. This creates the sustainability needed to ensure the ongoing level of excellence in teaching the leaders of tomorrow.
Paladin: Majority Shareholder in Curro Holdings
Paladin Capital, a PSG subsidiary, acquired a further 26% stake in Curro Holdings during July 2010 to raise their total share to 76%. The invested capital enables Curro to aggressively expand its footprint over the forseeable future through the establishment of new schools and the purchase of individual private schools. The new board of directors consists of Adv. J.A. le Roux SC (Chairman), Dr. C.R. van der Merwe (CEO), Mr. A.J.F. Greyling (CFO), Mr. F.W. Swart (Paladin), Mr. P.J. Mouton (Paladin) and Mr. B. van der Linde (Paladin).
Curro Executive Committee
The executive committee consists of Dr. C.R. van der Merwe (CEO), Mr. A.J.F. Greyling (CFO), Mr. M.J. Franken (Senior Manager: Human Resources), Mr. E.A. Conradie (Senior Manager: Marketing and Client Services), Mr. E. Ungerer (Senior Manager: Curriculum), Mr. M. Neethling (Manager: Facilities), Mr. J. Kotze (Manager: Operations) and Mr. H. Louw (Manager: Acquisitions).
Curro Holdings Office Staff
The office staff consists of Helen Saayman (Reception), Engela Botha (Debtors), Madelein Cardoso (Creditors), Flip Vorster (IT Manager), Morné Fourie (Software Development) and Herlina Burger (Graphic Designer).

Curro Durbanville
Curro Durbanville, established in 1998, is a parallel-medium school from Grade R-12.

Curro Langebaan, established in 2007, is a parallel-medium school from Grade 1-10, phasing in Grades 11-12.

Curro Hazeldean, established in 2008, is a parallel-medium school from Grade R-9, phasing in Grades 10-12.

Our latest development is a parallel-medium school from Grade R-8, phasing in Grades 9-12.

Curro Liberty College

| Liberty College, situated in Witbank, was acquired by Curro Holdings in November 2009. The school is currently still on their own campus, and will be incorporated into our new school, Curro Bankenveld, opening in January 2011. |

Future Developments
In keeping with Curro's National School Vision, we have already identified several sites throughout South Africa for the building of new schools. These sites are in varying stages of development and include Curro Hazeldean High School (Pretoria), Curro Bankenveld (Witbank), Curro Hermanus, Curro Serengeti Academy and Curro Boksburg (Helderwyk Estate near Carnival City).
We are also currently exploring possible future developments in Port Elizabeth (Parsons Vlei), Melkbosstrand, Vaal Triangle, Centurion and Mossel Bay.
Social Responsibility
Although we are a private school company, we endeaver to fulfill our social responsibilities by means of:

- Interaction with disadvantaged schools
- Donations towards organizations who care for the needy
