Aftercare

Our aftercare service is available at an additional cost, as stipulated on our fees letter. Learners are accommodated in safe classrooms and playgrounds, and the fees include lunch, supervision and limited homework support.

School transport: door to door

Our school transport service is available to learners travelling to and from our school, at an additional cost. Children are dropped off and picked up from home!

The routes covered by our transport service are as follows:

• Garsfontein (The Hills)
• Moreleta Park
• Silverlakes
• Olympus

Modern, specialised classrooms

We have created a safe, modern environment where learners can grow used to learning and working with modern equipment and facilities. As part of our commitment to giving your child the excellent Curro education, our classrooms are designed for good concentration and for learners to interact with the material they are learning.

Excellent sports facilities

Our wide variety of sports and cultural activities are hosted on excellent courts and fields. This is all part of our commitment to providing learners with a balanced education that stretches beyond just academics.

Our activity facilities include the following:

• Cricket oval and two additional cricket fields
• Eight multipurpose netball/tennis courts
• Hockey AstroTurf and two hockey fields
• Outdoor basketball court
• Rugby field
• Three heated swimming pools, one of which is indoors
• Two soccer fields

Learner support centre

We understand that children sometimes need additional support. From preschool to high school, our learner support team offers various forms of therapy during school hours. The team includes a remedial coordinator, educational psychologist, occupational therapists, and a speech therapist. These services are not included in the school fees, and will be communicated upon enquiry.

Woodhill College has a primary school in Pretorius Park, Pretoria East. We provide an excellent education to learners from Grade 1 to Grade 7. We limit our class sizes to make sure learners get personal attention, and teaching takes place in English. We also form part of the Curro school group, and have aftercare and school transport options.
