School transport

Our school transport service is available to learners travelling to and from our school, at an additional cost. The routes covered by our transport service are as follows:

• Hibberdene
• Port Edward
• Scottburgh
• Shelly Beach
• Southbroom
• Southport
• Umtentweni
• Uvongo

We also have a convenient drive-through drop-off system in place at our school, to ensure that traffic in and out of the campus runs smoothly and quickly.

Modern classrooms

We created a safe, modern environment where learners can grow used to learning and working with modern equipment and facilities. As part of our commitment to giving your child the excellent Curro education, our classrooms are designed for good concentration and for learners to interact with the material they are learning.

We have the following specialised classrooms:

• IT lab
• Life Sciences lab
• Physical Sciences lab
• Consumer Studies kitchen

Excellent sports facilities

Our wide variety of sports and cultural activities are hosted on excellent courts and fields. This is all part of our commitment to providing learners with a balanced education that stretches beyond just academics.

Our activity facilities across primary and high school include the following:

• Full-sized AstroTurf (under construction)
• Hall with full stage lighting, sound and projectors

South Coast Institute for Learning Development (SCILD)

We are fortunate to have the South Coast Institute for Learning Development (SCILD) on our doorstep. Specialist therapists from this institute work closely with our teachers to support learners who experience learning barriers. Remedial support and extra tuition are offered to individuals in order to address these barriers.

Creston College has a high school in Oslo Beach, Port Shepstone. We offer an excellent education that combines academics with sports and cultural activities. Teaching takes place in English, we have a wide variety of highly specialised subjects, such as Robotics and Sport and Exercise Science. We also form part of the Curro school group and, we are an IEB school and our programme provides leadership opportunities.
