Young learner from Curro Langebaan places second in provincial triathlon

Rebecca Flack (13), a Grade 8 pupil at Curro Langebaan, achieved second place in her age category at the Blue Lagoon Triathlon this past weekend. This was only her second attempt at the event. Rebecca says she thoroughly enjoys the challenge posed by multi-sport events. Due to Covid-19 issues this event also doubled up as the Western Province Junior Championships. Rebecca thanks Lynn Pearson and the ladies of P.L.A.Y. for their sponsorship of a tri-suit and Clive Cupido for his assistance and load of a road bike.
