Welcome home

We know that learners perform best when they feel at home, which is why we go to great lengths to create a warm, caring space where your child can enjoy their school years while being supported academically, physically and emotionally.

The room sizes vary from having two to four boarders, or a traditional hallway layout, while others have large single rooms with an en-suite bathroom. Boys and girls – and sometimes primary and high school boarders – are also housed in separate buildings or on separate floors. Parents may visit often and we encourage boarders to keep their cellphones with them so that they don’t feel isolated or removed from their family.

We provide academic and emotional care

All our boarding schools are run by a team of live-in boarding staff, which often includes teachers from the school. The number of boarding staff depends on the number of boarders accommodated or even the number of floors in the facility. Also, when teachers live on-site, they often help with homework or study sessions. Our boarding staff help to monitor your child’s academic progress and may reach out you and their teachers if they grow concerned.

We encourage friendships and fun

Our boarding staff often arrange fun activities every couple of weekends, as well as regular supervised trips to town. We encourage boarders to spend time with one another and often have a buddy system to help new boarders grow comfortable in their new home.
