Aftercare

Our aftercare service is available at an additional cost, as stipulated on our fees letter. Learners are accommodated in safe classrooms and playgrounds, and the fees include lunch, supervision and limited homework support. We have an optional holiday club at an additional cost, but learners who attend full-day aftercare may attend at a reduced fee.

School transport

Our school transport service has drop-off and pickup points in many areas surrounding Ballito. Each point has a particular time by which learners board the bus, and these points are slightly different on Fridays. We kindly ask that learners arrive shortly before in order to keep to the schedule.

The bus route operates one-way or return, along the following routes:

• Hilltop Estate (main gate)
• Kingston Estate (Main gate)
• KwaDukuza Mall
• Melinda Lane
• Palm Lakes (main gate)
• Seaward Estate (Ballito Drive)
• Seaward Estate (main gate)

• Zimbali South gate

Modern classrooms

As a Curro school, we created a safe, modern environment where learners can grow used to learning and working with modern equipment and facilities. As part of our commitment to giving your child the excellent Curro education, our classrooms are designed for good concentration and for learners to interact with the material they are learning.

Sports facilities

Our focused variety of sports and cultural activities are hosted on well-kept courts and fields – all part of our commitment to providing learners with a balanced education. These facilities are fitted with all the excellent equipment that you would expect at a Curro school.

Our activity facilities include the following:

• Eight-lane swimming pool (1,8 m deep, 25 m long)
• Two multipurpose sports fields

Arrange a tour

Curro Salt Rock has a primary school in Ballito, Dolphin Coast. We provide the excellent Curro education to learners from Grade R to Grade 7. We limit our class sizes to make sure learners get personal attention, and they benefit from having isiZulu and Robotics as subjects. Our goal is to give our learners a head start in reaching their dreams, whatever these might be. We also have aftercare and school transport services, and we close earlier on Fridays so that you can enjoy your weekend.
