Aftercare

Our aftercare service is available at an additional cost, as stipulated on our fees letter. Learners are accommodated in safe classrooms and playgrounds, and the fees include lunch, supervision and limited homework support.

Sports facilities

Our focused variety of sports and cultural activities are hosted on well-kept courts and fields – all part of our commitment to providing learners with a balanced education. We are also one of the first schools in the Curro group to have a mountain biking track appropriate for junior cyclists.

Our activity facilities include the following:

• AstroTurf netball and tennis courts
• AstroTurf five-a-side soccer field
• Soccer and rugby fields

Curro Academy Wilgeheuwel has a primary school in Wilgeheuwel in Roodepoort. We provide the excellent Curro education to learners from Grade R to Grade 7. This means that your child gets an all-round education that balances academics with sports and cultural activities. Teaching takes place in English, we limit our class sizes to make sure learners get personal attention, and learners benefit from having isiZulu and Afrikaans as subjects. We also have aftercare.
