How do we use technology in the classroom?
Curro Waterfall is a Microsoft partner school, engaging with the Microsoft 365 program and its educational platform. Our learners have full access to Wi-Fi and we embrace 21st-century learning by using 2-in-1 devices in the classroom from the intermediate phase onwards. Rather than heavy textbooks, learners use software to view and study from an e-book, which also allows them to collaborate easily and securely with teachers and peers.
Our Robotics and IT labs help learners to develop the skills and knowledge required to understand the real-life moving result of work done on a computer, while subjects such as Innovation include specialised exposure to 3D printing and virtual reality (VR). Using innovative technology allows teachers to provide a wealth of information at the touch of a button and better prepares learners for the workplace of the future.
