Curro Midrand is an independent school operating on two campuses in Midrand, Johannesburg, that provides high-quality education for learners from 3 years to Grade 12 (depending on the campus) with a focus on 21st-century learning. What do we offer?

To that end, our classrooms and facilities are fitted with state-of-the-art tools and learners use tablets in the classrooms.
Our dedicated teachers give learners personal attention in the classroom, which helps to ensure that they achieve to the best of their abilities, while our after-school programme provides high school learners with extra lessons and homework assistance. Learners are prepared for the IEB examinations at the end of Grade 12, for which all costs are included in the school fees, Our learners further benefit from having Afrikaans and isiZulu as additional language options from primary school.
Which activities do we offer?
We believe that participation in activities plays an important role in promoting health, team-awareness, discipline and self-confidence in addition to physical and social well-being. Therefore, we offer a wide variety of sports and cultural activities aimed at helping learners discover their inherent talents and broaden their exposure beyond their current reference framework. These activities are generally included in the school fees.
How do we use technology in the classroom?
At Curro Midrand, we embrace 21st-century learning by using tablets in the classrooms along with textbooks from intermediate phase onwards. Learners use software to view and study from an e-book, which also allows them to collaborate easily and securely with teachers and peers.

Learners from the intermediate phase onwards benefit from an interactive learning experience for the learners.
