Curro Mossel Bay aims to produce well-rounded young adults with magnificent sporting facilities overlooking the ocean forming part of the playing fields of the school. Two rugby fields are complimented by a hockey field and three tennis courts. Facilities are continuously expanded and a new clubhouse overlooking the field will soon be available where players, parents and spectators can enjoy refreshments between and after matches. Learners are encouraged to take part in at least one summer and one winter sport.
During 2016, a school hall was added the school buildings. Attached to the hall are two well-equipped kitchens with state of the art equipment. The school tuck shop and cafeteria areas are especially popular with learners during break and during official functions hosted in the school hall.
The other kitchen is dedicated to the Hospitality students. Simulating an industrial kitchen, learners are trained as waiters and chefs. As part of the Hospitality studies curriculum, these learners present restaurant evenings on a regular basis, for paying guests.
