Curro Castles aim to inspire young minds to become extraordinary through the unique Curro nursery-school curriculum. It is designed with early learning goals in mind:

  • Language development
  • Physical development
  • Personal, social and emotional development
  • Creative development (Art)
  • Cognitive thinking, memory skills and numeracy (Mathematics)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the world (Science and Technology)

At Curro Castles we strive to optimise learning in young brains and to capitalise on the potential children have for learning from a young age.  We therefore pay special attention to the theories of teaching and the science behind how we develop to ensure that our children receive the best education possible. Children extend their boundaries of understanding by working to find solutions in an environment where dialogue between educators and children keep them motivated, stimulating their creativity whilst developing their cognitive abilities. The curriculum includes LEGO Education learning concepts and the activities built around Lego Soft Bricks form the important early foundations for later Robotics studies.

Curro Castle has its own nursery-school curriculum that promotes a positive learning environment where the emphasis is on learning through play.

  • Parents will receive a theme letter every Friday informing them of the work, i.e. songs, themes and stories that were covered.
  • An adjustment report will be sent out in March. Progress reports will be received bi-annually.
  • Thorough attention is given to hearing, speech, psychological and perception dysfunctions. We have a speech therapist, occupational therapist and physiotherapist on site. The child will be referred for professional attention whenever deemed necessary.

Special attention is given to school readiness and brain development according to the latest scientifically proven methods. Children leave Curro Castles not only with very special memories, but also ready for the demands of the big school and the outside world.
