The sports listed are the most popular summer sports according to parents’ responses. Other popular winter sports will start in the 2nd term. All non-sport related activities and clubs will only start in 2nd term.

Please take note of the following

  • R- Gr.2: Learners will receive coaching in various sports, but this will happen during their school day. This is known as “INTEGRATED SPORTS” and will be coached by coaches who specialize in working with younger athletes. They present the different sporting codes in a fun and enjoyable way, not focusing on the competitive side of sports.
  • R-Gr2: Learners will be informally introduced to the different non-sport related clubs and activities offered and managed by our school’s staff even though they may only sign up for such clubs from Gr.3 onwards. This is to create awareness of such clubs and their functions.
  • R-Gr.7: Learners may join any outside club for private coaching, (i.e. Swimming Club, Judo and Soccer Stars) at the parents’ discretion, but apart from perhaps supplying a venue, the school will not be liable for any sport or activity offered by outsiders. The times these private lessons will be from 16h00 onwards on days determined by the outsider coaches in agreement with the parents.
