FOUNDATION PHASE (GRADE R to GRADE 3)
In the foundation phase, the focus is on the acquisition of skills, concepts and knowledge which are essential for further learning. Curro offers a dynamic and open atmosphere where learners can enjoy school and develop a love of learning. Curro promotes the potential of each learner to reach their optimum ability, with less emphasis is placed on competitiveness and more on individual achievement. In this phase, opportunities are created for personal growth in independence and responsibility so that learners understand accountability for their actions in the intermediate phase.

Mathematics is based on a learner-centric, problem-solving approach. Curro believes that this, combined with the cognitive development during Robotics tuition, gives young minds an advantage in terms of intellectual development.
Curro also believes that reading with comprehension is the key to successful learning. Grade 3 learners undertake well-researched literacy and numeracy tests to monitor the effectiveness of teaching and learning in classrooms.
INTERMEDIATE PHASE (GRADE 4 to GRADE 6)
SENIOR PHASE (GRADE 7)
The intermediate phase, emphasises the establishment of basic foundations, but learners now discover abstract thought and independent work. Application of skills and concepts is also a main focus, aiming to prepare learners for the senior phase in high school.
